Magnificent Villa with private pool where you can enjoy a swim in a wooded enviroment with spectacular views and located just 600 meters from the beach of Sant Elm, in Andratx.

Imagine refreshing yourself in its fabulous swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters and with a depth between 1m and 1'80m of chlorinated water, being able to relax sunbathing on one of its many sun loungers or simply lying down on the artificial grass that decorates the place. Next to the pool you have the barbecue coal-only, for those who like to cook outdoors and a covered picnic table to enjoy all the meals of the day or simply drinking a glass of wine at sunset.

Entering in the house of traditional style and very well preserved, where you will have 240m2 distributed over 2 floors, we are greeted by its large dining-living room, where next to the rustic wooden table has 3 sofas to enjoy in company or relax watching TV. From the dining room we have access to a large and bright independent kitchen, complemented with a nice table where all the guests will enjoy rich breakfasts or long after meals chating during your holidays, in it you will find electric stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave. You will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor you will find the first two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and the downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a hallway with a cozy space to take care of the babys and 2 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobes. One of these 2 bedrooms has an in suite bathroom, air conditioning and access to the upper terrace.

Great spot for a family get together

We had 4 adults and three children, and we all loved staying here. Plenty of space to spread out, the kids loved the pool, and very close to town, the beach, and hiking. The home has little extras that were great for our 1 year old, too. The property is beautiful and the management team was excellent and very responsive. That said, we all found the beds to be very firm. The house was also without some basics (hand soap was only in the kitchen and main bath, for example). We were also told that the walking path to the beach was “closed”. The house would have been much more enjoyable if we could have walked to town without going along the road. Even with that, it’s a very easy drive with free parking.
