3 very private and separate bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and exit to sun terraces. Living room with hall and open gallery. Spacious very bright dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar with exits to the covered large terrace by the pool. 1 storage room, 1 storeroom in the house, 2 storerooms outside. Very large double garage in the house. BBQ house by the pool with a storage room for garden furniture.

Heavy historic Finca entrance doors and doors, beautifully landscaped patio with sandstone pool and porch, high gallery in the entrance hall with a large panoramic arched window, approx. 80 m2 living-dining and kitchen area, very large fitness pool with pool heating (heat pump ), Viessmann floor heating with individual room control, central air conditioning hot / cold with individual room control, fireplace with heating cassette, BBQ house by the pool, paved paths through the property with many palm trees, olive, lemon and orange trees and much more.

Very sheltered location on the outskirts of a non-cultivable green area, surrounded by mediterranean fragrant pine forest. Only 800 meters from the center of the yacht harbor and the Cafe Grand Cappuccino, the heart of Port Andratx. Very protected and quiet corner lot and yet in the center and within walking distance and no car to the nightlife.

Ideally built in south, southwest orientation for maximum sunshine enjoyment until sunset. Accessibility of the house without having to drive through the harbor. This reduces the travel time to Palma to 15-20 minutes. Driving time to the Gran Folies beach club just 3 minutes and the sandy beach and Gulf of Camp Mar only 7 minutes.

Cycling, hiking, walking and horse riding trails in the beautiful valley of Andratx "Sa Vinya" only 300 meters from the house. Yacht Club Port Andratx 3 minutes by car. Public utilities & development: Villas residential area "Villas del Port Andratx", on the outskirts of Port Andratx.

As one of the most beautiful harbor towns of the island of Mallorca, Port d'Andratx has space for many luxury yachts and offers accommodation for celebrity guests. Surprisingly many restaurants, bars and shops can be found in this rather small place, which is inhabited by many wealthy emigrants. There are no noteworthy beaches in Port d'Andratx. The place is located in the region Serra de Tramuntana.
For excursions in the southwest region and hiking views Port d'Andratx offers almost ideal. It is also worthwhile to visit Andratx, which is 4 km to the north and offers a few cultural attractions and a beautiful market for locals and tourists

Great place!

We were a group of 5 friends staying in Port d'Andratx. This house was in a great location - an easy walk into town. It had plenty of space for all of us, although we spent most of our time at the house around the pool. Communication and check in were easy.

Absolutely perfect.....

The villa was perfect in every-way. Spotless on arrival, really well equipped, excellent location, the port was perfect with great restaurants and cafes, lovely sea swimming within minutes and AC in the bedrooms was cold and quiet. From the minute we stepped into the Villa we all loved it. Besides the beauty of it, it was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need! The outside area (landscaping) and pool made you feel like you were in a resort. It was a great location to walk down by the water to dine and get cocktails, plus it wasn't too far away from the many beautiful towns and beaches of Mallorca (you will need a car though). We spent our last day at the Villa all day and truly enjoyed it!!!

We had such a fantastic experience renting the house. The communication with the key, Karin holder was easy and very positive, we are a big fan of her. When we arrived at the house it was even more beautiful than the pictures and the outdoor space is absolutely perfect. The house it self was clean, super functional, having all needed things to make our stay as perfect as possible. This is the second time my girlfriends and I have stayed at this villa and it never fails to disappoint. The host is super commutative and friendly, the staff on check in who manage the property can not do enough for you and the villa is just simply gorgeous!! Fabulous spec, great location, beautiful gardens and perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. I can not recommend this place highly enough and my girlfriends and I will definitely be back.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vom Haus kann man (mit Auto oder zu Fuß) in wenigen Minuten den Hafen in Port d’Andratx erreichen, in dem wir uns jeden morgen bei La Consigna frische Brötchen geholt haben. Vor dem Haus hatten wir einen Stellplatz für den Mietwagen. Das war super. Wir haben uns meist selbst verpflegt, was wunderbar mit dem Herd, der Mikrowelle und dem Backofen funktionierte. Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und für alle war ausreichend Platz. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt sogar noch eine zusätzliches Gästetoilette. Der Blick vom oberen Stockwerk ist wunderschön. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Karin war total unkompliziert. Wir waren rund-um mit allem wirklich sehr zufrieden. Vielen vielen Dank an die Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

This Villa is absolutely beautiful! The photos definitely don’t do it justice… Great location 10 minutes Walk to Port Anthrax, lovely pool, great check in and the host was very accommodating. Plenty of towels and clean bedding. Would have been good to have an information book in English as the instructions were in German but on the whole beautiful villa which we definitely visit again

Wonderful stay in a stunning villa

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in this truly stunning villa. The location is great - quiet but easy access to the town. Everything in the villa is of the highest specification. We particularly loved the large heated pool and terrace. A couple of previous reviews mentioned that some bottled water and barbecue charcoal/lighters could have been left. It was great to see that the owners had responded to this feedback - both were provided on our arrival. Karin the housekeeper was really helpful, particularly when we had a couple of small issues that needed to be resolved. All in all a truly wonderful stay.

Schönes großzügiges Haus in einem Traumgarten!

Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt in einem Traumhaus! Wir haben uns hier extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Räume sind sehr schön, groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum, mit vielen Liege und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wunderschön angelegt, mit viel Liebe zum Garten gepflegt! Der Pool ist groß und wurde von uns sehr viel benutzt. Hoffentlich schaffen wir es, hier wieder einmal her zu kommen!

Water should have been supplied for first day as Mallorca water is dreadful and we arrived late Lounge room could be better organized. V comfortable beds. Ac works well except in spare bedroom which operates via a switch on the wall Coffee machine set up needs to be re thought or explained. Plenty of towels and sheets. Great day bed. Watch out for mosquitos - you’ll need repellent outside Garage is locked and unavailable for parking Great bbq area. Pool is perfectly heated. Probably could have done with more floatation toys. Great terrace area with plenty of dining options. Day bed is elite. Shower pressure is good. Nice spa bath. Good kitchen utensils. Great washer and dryer too.

Ein traumhaftes Haus in einer super Lage

Wir waren sehr gerne hier, angefangen mit einem persönlichen Empfang an der Villa über eine super Betreuung bis hin zur Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Hier werden sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht! Die Villa für sich ist schon ein Grund wieder zukommen, die Ausstattung und das Ambiente, das dieses Haus schafft ist einfach einmalig. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Magnificent house

Extremely well equipped and excellent maintained house. Very quiet location and yet only a 10 minutes walk to the harbour. Dialogue with owner and local representative swift and efficient. If we another time want to go back to Port D'Andratx we would definitely go for this house again.

Es handelt sich un eine schöne Immobilie, fusslauefig vom Hafen (ca. 8 Minuten). Sie hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Casa perfecta
