Step outside to enjoy your private garden with swings, private covered terrace, and private outdoor pool surrounded by Mediterranean pine forest. Additional outdoor features include a private grill, shared table tennis, volleyball court, and mountain views. The property sits at the foot of the mountain, accessible via a 1.7 km forest path from the Puerto Andratx to S'Arracó road.



Shared on-site parking accommodates 6 vehicles. Events are not permitted on the property. Heating is available for an extra fee with radiators operating from 6 am to 10 am and 6 pm to 1 am.
