With 14 bedrooms, including 33 single beds, 2 junior beds, 3 cribs, and foldable beds for children, it's ideal for large family gatherings or group celebrations. The home is surrounded by forests just 100 m away, perfect for peaceful walks and nature lovers.

The property features a fenced lawn, football court, and a lovely terrace for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find ample space for dining and socializing. Located just 1 km from the town center, 500 m from restaurants, and 12 km from a lake, it offers both tranquility and convenience. Adventurers can enjoy golf (16 km), horseback riding, climbing, go-karting, and even paragliding nearby.

With castles, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes in the region, this mill is a perfect base for exploring the Dinant-Han-Chimay area. The nearest train station is 12 km away, making it easily accessible for guests arriving from afar. A truly memorable stay awaits in this unique and historic setting.

We are doing friends reunions (35 people including kids) for years now and everyone thought that this was best place so far. It's a really nice house for kids and loads of rooms. There is great stuff in the vicinity - the monastery, castle ruins, draisine - both for adults and kids :) We had a great time for two nights with the kids mainly playing outside on the large property and the adults enjoying the nice terace and barbeque. Additional bonus was the possibility to stay until afternoon on the day of leave. The landlords were super nice to us. When we wanted to leave we had a car break down and we had to stay and wait for the service for several hours. They stayed the whole time with us, tried to restart the car with their jumper cable, and offered for us to stay another night in the house because of our small kids. Really super nice and warm people!
