We are excited to announce that our popular vacation rental is back on the market after a complete renovation! Everything inside and out is brand new, including the kitchen, flooring, windows, sliders, decks, and a stunning observation deck.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home is ideally located just one house from the beach access at Bean Point, where the Gulf meets the Bay at the tip of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, fishing, bird watching, and a park at the northern tip of the Island, with Gulf views from the new observation deck.

The home features an open floor plan, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. Relax on the large open deck and take in the Gulf breezes. Amenities include a beautiful pool, flat-screen TVs (including one by the pool), a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and covered parking.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The loft has 4 double beds for additional sleeping.

Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily.  This includes noise at the pool area.
