Located on the North End of Anna Maria, our home welcomes you with stunning views and relaxing and peaceful outdoor spaces.

Each of the three king bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, TV, and sliding glass door access to the wrap around deck. Wake up to sunshine and the sea!

Outfitted with all the comforts of home, meals are a breeze in this kitchen. With breakfast bar seating and a dining table for 8, cooking in or taking out from nearby local favorites is comfortable and easy. A BBQ grill is also provided if you'd like to grill up the catch of the day! Dine al fresco in one of the sections of the wrap around deck.

Relax in the comfortable living room while catching up with your favorite TV show. Complimentary WIFI is available for everyone's devices.

Start your day with your morning coffee up on the top deck, known as the crows nest, while taking in the sunrise. It's the perfect place to welcome the adventures of the day.

Located on the ground level and steps from your own private beach, you will love the sparkling pool and spa. There's something special about being in the water while overlooking the water. Hopefully, you'll be inspired to tell your own Dolphin Tale!

There is a fully refundable $500.00 Deposit for use of the Elevator. The elevator services the ground level to the 2nd floor deck. If you are booking online and would like use of the elevator during your stay please contact us after booking so that we can add the Elevator Deposit to your reservation.

Breathing views and relaxing stay

Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. We were trilled to find this home was accessible for our daughter who uses a wheelchair- the elevator, open floor plan and spacious wrap around porch made it easy to enjoy the stunning water views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, making our stay both comfortable and convenient.

Very beautiful property, right on the bay! They had paddle boards which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very quiet spot at the end of the road. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We saw all kinds of sea life including a manatee! Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches. Would definitely go back. The only issues we had were blinds not functioning in one room, needs a new coffee maker and the pool lights didn’t work at night, so that was a little disappointing. Overall an excellent stay!

Beautiful home and location

We loved the house and the location. We couldn't have asked for a better week. There were a few issues, but property management came out guickly and fixed them. Please note the kitchen refrig icemaker is not working and the shower in the bedroom on the main floor near the staircase does not get hot water. Overall it was a wonderful week.

AMI Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. The house and property was beautiful. There was an issue with some black mold due to a leak in the ventilation/air system. I know the rental company had sent someone out to look about repairs. And the Elevator didn’t work until the last day. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply the Best!!!

6th year on Anna Maria and this was by far our favorite house. The view is spectacular, the private beach was heavenly, the covered patio and pool were wonderful, and thank you for the heated water. It was perfect. The kitchen was well-appointed and the multiple refrigerators and wine coolers accommodated all our needs. The maintenance staff were so helpful, prompt, and we were so impressed by the service. Our guests all felt like they were in Heaven. We loved your service so much we are renting from you again next year. You made us very happy. Thank you!

Dolphin Tales was everything I thought it would be and more. We rented the house for our 27th wedding anniversary. The home has wrap around views that are stunning. Sitting in the spa and looking out to the ocean was my favorite. The home was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue getting one of the sliders open on our first day, but we called the rental agency and within the hour they had a team out to fix the door. They were great to deal with, very attentive. I have nothing but great memories and will most definitely return.

The perfect beach house

We had such a fun time at Dolphin Tales! It’s exactly as pictured and the name does not lie- we saw dolphins almost everyday! We stayed in May and the weather was absolutely perfect. The pool and private beach make it so relaxing to just walk out the door to everything you need- especially with a two year old! The wrap around deck/view is DREAMY! We walked the mile to pine street every morning- which is very doable. Ginny and Jane’s, the donut experiment and hometown desserts were a few of our favorites. The Anna Maria island pier is also walking distance and has good lunch food! The kayaks are so nice to take out from the private beach access as well! The perfect beach house for a relaxing vacation!

Anna Maria Get Away

The location of the house was outstanding and the house was beautiful! Some of the furniture however was very outdated. The couch was very uncomfortable and worn. One of the beds on the second floor was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the srings in it. The double beds on the bottom floor were very uncomfortable, you had to slam the door on the dryer to get it to shut. For the money we paid I expected better quality.

First visit to AMI

This was our first time on AMI. Loved the house - perfect location. Unfortunately we only had two days there before evacuating due to Hurricane Ian. We did manage to do a little shopping and had lunch at the Ugly Grouper the day before we left. We look forward to returning next year!

Wonderful!

This slice of heaven is on a dead end street, it is private, spacious, open and has a wonderful view of the ocean. Also a pretty neighborhood for walks, we walked to the shops and restaurants daily. It has it's own private beach that is glorious. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it! It was clean and well equipped. Will return!

Beautiful property and location. While interior is a bit date dated, it more than makes up for it in amenities and beach front location. It would have been helpful if the owner had instructions unique to this house. Things like operating the TV and hot tub were a bit difficult to figure out. Overall though, a wonderful property in a great spot.
