This new luxury vacation home is perfectly situated a short 5 minute walk to the pristine white sands of Anna Maria Island’s North Shore. NOTE: This is a new construction home.

The spacious modern design boasts beautiful natural views of canals lined with mangroves and an abundance of bird and fish life, including the gentle manatees. The idyllic balconies are perfect for morning coffee. Fish from the private dock. Launch your kayaks and paddleboards right from the property. Take in the stunning sunsets while enjoying cocktails on the rooftop deck. Enjoy the pool and spa after a day out at the beach. All of this is just a short walk from the beach, making this the perfect getaway for nature lovers and water enthusiasts alike.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. There are many sleeping options: 3 king beds, 1twin over queen bunk bed and of course a pack and play for the little one!

This home has a heated pool and spa (year-round at no additional charge) for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Please note that pool is kept around 86F depending upon season. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters do not run overnight and cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures than the pool but does not remain on or reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub.

Garages are not available for parking a vehicle.
Please note this home is not wheelchair accessible and the elevator is available for convenience only. If the elevator unexpectedly becomes inoperable, stairs are required.
Boat and boat lift are not available for guest usage.

We do require that guests sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making a reservation.

We strongly recommend all Guests acquire cancel for any reason Travel Insurance Policies, as these policies may provide Guests financial protection in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen events, including pandemic, extreme weather, and acts of God which could render the property uninhabitable.
We are doing everything to be fair and flexible, however we do have to maintain our small business. When we confirm your reservation, we are promising to hold your dates.
By booking travel without insurance you assume the responsibility for the possibility of being unable to travel. We appreciate your understanding.

Notes:
There are motion activated video security cameras at front door and front areas. All areas under surveillance are exposed to the street where there is no expectation of privacy.
The exterior of the home has a noise monitoring system. This system does not record voice nor can we hear your conversations, it only monitors decibels.
We do require a credit card hold of $500 as a security deposit. This hold is released within 7 days of check out.

AMI Summer Strand

We have been doing a week in AMI for the last three years. Our previous rentals were all fine but nothing that made us want to return. This house will not go down that way!!!! Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! From the second you walk into this amazing house and you are greeted with a gourmet charcuterie board you know it’s a whole new level. The photos of this house do not begin to do it justice!!! Every amenity you could want and a perfect location too. I considered gate keeping this place so it will always be available to us in the future but it’s so awesome I can’t keep it to myself!!!!

Five Star Luxury on AMI

Our family of 6 adults and a toddler spent a week at Summer Strand and it is by far the nicest house we’ve ever rented! The home is even bigger than it appears in the pictures, and it is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine, and everything in it is top notch. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, and there is more than enough room for a big group to hang out inside or out. The pool area makes you feel like you are at a resort, and the kayak and paddle boards are a fun addition. Going to the beach is a breeze since it’s a short walk and the buggy, chairs, umbrellas, and toys are all provided. Nicole is a wonderful host, and the management company was super-responsive. We will be back!

Every detail is thought of in this lovely home. The location is perfect. Five minutes to the beach, restaurants, and retail. The beds are very comfortable and the home is impeccably clean. The outdoor space made it hard to leave. Ample space to relax outside and the pool is perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Can't say enough about this wonderful home. The perfect place with all the details

What a beautiful week with family and friends. If you have teen boys this is the perfect place. Hot tub with a TV, pool room, ping pong, and a dock for fishing. For the girls, sun in the backyard until about 1:00, And then off to the beach in a quick ride with a golf cart. A well stocked garage with bikes, chairs, floats essentially everything you would need. We used it all. The house is beautifully decorated, The master bathroom is heaven. I will be using this wonderful hosts ideas when I redo my bathrooms. The beds were also very comfortable. This area was mostly spared from the hurricane. I would recommend breakfast at the North shore, lunch or dinner at the tropical BBQ and a wonderful Italian dinner at Ila Scala. We headed to the Ugly Grouper for a fun night out as well. I would highly recommend this house and the hosts. We will be back!

Great property!

Stayed with my wife and 2 other couples. House is new, modern and spacious. Backyard is amazing and where we spent most of our time. Close to the beach, easy area to get around in a golf cart and plenty of great restaurants near by. Our host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Only slight things of note
no bathroom on the ground level so needed to go upstairs inside the house. Also, waterfall for pool was not working. Still highly recommend!

Magical Girls Getaway

We can’t even put into words how incredibly beautiful & well designed the property is. No detail was overlooked & we had everything we needed for the best vacation. Nicole & her team were the best! They were responsive & kind in helping us navigate town as well as any questions that came up during our stay. This was our first visit to AMI and the location of the house was picture perfect in a quiet setting but easily walkable to shops, dining & the amazing beach. Perfect Stay

We are regular visitors to Anna Maria and know the island well. It is our happy place!! This years vacation was made extra special because we stayed at Summer Strand. The house and amenities are outstanding. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the outside areas. The house is very stylish, but at the same time comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing vacation home!

Summer Strand is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything you’d want to have in a luxurious vacation spot located on a beautiful canal. For my family and I, it was absolutely perfect. It’s within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave and also an easy walk to the beach. The owner and property managers were super communicative and helpful. Exceeded Expectations!

This house is great! The house is beautiful and so clean! The owners have really thought of everything to make this house as welcoming as possible. This house is well appointed with everything in the kitchen you will need, plenty of towels, bicycles for the family, start-up amenities, coolers for the beach, and toys for the kids. Goose and Gander on island was great as well. They welcomed us the very first day to see if we needed anything. The complimentary charcuterie board was amazing! The location is great and close to everything. I really can't say enough about this property! It was an amazing vacation!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything about this home met or exceeded our expectations. So many little touches throughout made for a great stay. We were two families traveling together and we all had plenty of space to be together or to relax separately. The pool and outdoor area is so lovely and comfortable. Great location in the north end on a canal with very easy walking distance to Pine Ave or the beach. The house was well stocked with beach supplies.

Wonderful Anna Maria Island Vacation

The Summer Strand home is truly amazing! Two families of 4 shared the home with kids between 9 and 13. It was a perfect fit. I can’t say enough about the beautiful design, finishes and furniture. It was a true 5 star experience! It was thoughtfully stocked with basics that I haven’t experienced in other homes which was really helpful, and the owners provided great beach items. The walk to the beach was easy with great beach access options. The kids had a hard time leaving the gorgeous pool area. With the canal, mosquitoes bothered us around dusk into the evening, but they have installed a mosquito repellent solution that helped. Highly recommend this beautiful home! Nicole, the home owner, was absolutely great to work with to get everything setup for the rental. We love AMI and Summer Strand!
