Tropical and very private 3 bedroom canal home with heated pool and spa on private drive. Two bedrooms have king sized beds. Lots of outdoor living spaces including a screened Lanai, covered porch next to the pool, and a side deck with shade control and fire pit. Terrific location on the canal North of Pine Avenue. Great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Close walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, SandBar, Rod and Reel Pier, City Pier and much more. Heated pool and spa available at additional cost. Pool without heat is included in rental price. Heating pool or spa is extra.

Property is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay! My children LOVED the pool and hot tub! So quiet and peaceful and very relaxing and just minutes from the best beaches! Will definitely be back!

Family First time to Anna Maria

We thoroughly enjoyed the island and all the peaceful location of the house. My family of four with two kids 9 and 5 stayed for week. Everything was very clean and exactly how the listing described. We rented a golf cart and kayaks both of which were perfect for this location. There were a few pool toys which my kids enjoyed and the pool was very nice. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely go back.

After Christmas Vacation

My husband, my 20 year old son and my 17 year old daughter visited the week after Christmas. The house is a little older, but it is in a perfect location and it was perfect for us. It is located a block or two from Pine Street which is full of shops and restaurants. The ocean and pier are a couple blocks away. The house has a lot of room and seating in the living room and there is a screened in porch, pool and decks. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal. Anyway, it was a wonderful vacation except the weather was cold for Florida. I would definitely recommend. Perfect location.

We had a great time, the house was wonderful. Short walk to the beach & a great spot to fish. The outdoor space was spacious, we spent a lot of time by the pool. Owner is quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental, great location

Roomy and everything you could want in a rental on Anna Maria., Including a pool and large outdoor living space. I hope to be able to come back and stay at this location in the future. We rented bikes for three 18 year-old teenagers and they loved being able to explore the island on their own.

Old Florida charm

Wonderful old Florida charm. This place is truly special and should be appreciated for what you gain in the experience of your stay. Sure the AC might not be the greatest but you will not get the same rare experience of an original old Florida house in any other new rental. Not to mention Robert is one of the most accommodating and quick to respond hosts you can ask for. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful week at Robert’s place. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. This is our second time to visit the island and there is not a better location on Anna Maria than this rental. The pool was fabulous and we even had a dolphin come right up to our dock!! Would rent again.

Great location!

We loved our stay at this property! I would agree that it is kind of 'no frills', but it was perfect for our family of 5 and we had more than enough room. The outdoor space was where we mostly spent our time anyway! The location was fantastic! We rented bikes and used them all week. We also loved being on the canal. We rented finishing poles and really enjoyed just listening to the fish jumping each day. The only downfall was that we had a plumbing issue. The issue was taken care of the same day I called, but the plumber mentioned that it could happen again due to a bad set up. I would have appreciated having garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels provided...especially since we were asked to use a specific kind of toilet paper for the plumbing issues. Other rental places that I have stayed have always provided those items. Other than that, this place was great!

Amazing location

You can’t have a better location. Our family and kids played in the pool and watched manatees go by the channel, and fished. The house is comfortable with many places to sit and relax. The location is a quick walk to the pier, and all of the restaurants and coffee shops on Pine. I’ve stayed on Anna Maria a dozen+ times. This was the best location by far.

30th wedding anniversary

We stayed here may12-16 2022 with friends.The house is BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and close to every thing! This was a great relaxing vaccation. We will be back! I highly recommed this property to anyone . Thanks Robert for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven!

Amazing house!

We had a great stay here. The house is a no frills beach cottage but all you need on this beautiful island. The outdoor areas are awesome. We never even turned on the tv once. We hope to stay again, all the way from NC!

Great Family Friendly Place

This was a perfect getaway for our family. We rented kayaks and used the canal with easy access, the kids loved the pool every morning before a quick walk to the beach. We also had numerous walkable options for restaurants available. The place was spacious for a family of four. We loved how much outdoor space there was too!

Great Outdoor Patio and Pool

My family stayed at this house over spring break during our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we had a great time! We really enjoyed the outdoor patio with a private pool which was right on the canal. The house was comfortable and clean and the host was very responsive as well. The only drawback was that only very basic items were provided. We had to get everything to cook including salt and pepper.
