A 10-minute walk from the lake, the train station and the city center, free parking spaces are available nearby. Mini markets, bakeries and a shopping center are less than 5 minutes away.
It has a large terrace with shade, a living room, a bicycle garage, a kitchen, a washing machine, large closet, a sofa, real double bed 140, kitchen. Very well insulated, the freshness remains even in times of heat wave.
