At the foot of the building, you will find the restaurant "Bouillon Bernadette" with its large terrace.

In the district, you will also find all local shops, 2 bakeries, butcher, Casino convenience store and organic convenience store, florist and a pharmacy.

Nearby numerous restaurants, the Imperial Palace, the Majestic, a creperie, a wine bar and also the Oxo which transforms into a nightclub in the evening.
