Spacious rooms. Great location on the outskirts of Annecy and not too far from the motorway. Super pool and boules pitch. Comfortable beds. We'll equipped for a family stay.

And chill!
The property was as described. However one or two things were not functioning correctly. There was a problem with the shower in the Master Suite. The shower in another of the rooms would not drain properly taking half a day to empty. There were insufficient appropriate drinking glasses for wine and beer. Mention of the 500 euro deposit might have been appropriate. Other than the above Robert and his family were delightful and our stay was a pleasant one.

Maison grande et spacieuse bien située à 15mn d Annecy. Serviette de toilette mise à disposition en grand nombre...très appréciable. Jeux d eau mis à disposition. Chambre de 6 personnes pas vraiment adaptée pour des adultes : sous pente de toit très bas (photo manquante sur l annonce ). Pas de Table de ping pong malgré la photo sur l annonce Pas de climatisation La maison n'est malheureusement pas propre .

Location idéale pour vacances en famille
Spacieuse villa, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - Les grands espaces intérieurs (chambres avec salle d'eau privative, grands et nombreux espaces de rangement) et extérieurs (pelouse, piscine et barbecue). - La mise à disposition du linge de toilette et des draps. - La mise à disposition du lave linge. - La localisation de la Villa (10 min d'Annecy, centre commercial avec notamment un hypermarché à 5 min). Le calme environnant Quelques suggestions d'amélioration : - ajouter des ustensiles/ matériel de cuisine et vaisselle (essoreuse à salade, grille pain, couteaux de cuisine, plats à tarte, boites de conservation, ....), - être en mesure d'utiliser la couverture de piscine pour maintenir une température de l'eau baignable, - s'assurer du bon fonctionnement de la climatisation ( la température de la chambre située dans la partie des combles pouvant vite grimper....)
