Situé à environ 5 minutes à pied du vieux village de St-Luc, le chalet jouit d’une belle vue sur le val d’Anniviers et est accessible en voiture (pour décharger) à une cinquantaine de mètres du chalet, puis par un chemin pédestre. Une place de parc intérieure est à disposition au parking communal privé (à 300 mètres).Rez : Cuisine habitable, poutres anciennes apparentes, avec accès terrasse, chauffage au sol, lave-vaisselle et machine à café Nespresso. Salle de bain avec baignoire, lavabo, WC, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Salon rustique avec poêle à bois, télévision, chaîne stéréo et WiFi.1er étage : Une chambre pour une personne avec un lit de 140cm et accès balcon.
