Site exceptionnel, accueil et repas excellents, confort des chambres et insonorisation datant d'un, voire deux siècles. Le prix est tout de même élevé pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, mais avec la vue et la tarte aux myrtilles, on l'oublie.

Wenn auf einer ganzen Etage mit etwa 10 Zimmern in den Duschen und dem einzigen WC eine Nacht lang kein Wasser läuft (laut einer dort hängenden Karikatur tritt das Problem wiederholt auf), so ist das eines Schweizer Hoteljuwels unwürdig. Dieser Missstand muss der Verwaltung angelastet werden.
