Problem Solved...
This place is excellent value for money.My expectations were higher therefore a little disappointed BUT the money I paid per night was incredible low. The bus service, the shops, the restaurants are literally 2 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again and have stayed in their hotel several times. Honestly I should be giving them 9/10

Apartments are not soundproofed and are very noisy from people partying and shouting all day and night and I could not sleep. I checked out early but asked for refund due to my ignored complaints but staff and manager were unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful by refusing refund. I complained to hotels.com and got my compensation and refund

We are pleased with our stay overall. The apartment offers a variety of amenities. We booked here because it offers in-unit laundry, though beware the washer is a bit destructive. Our stay was great. We just felt like the check-in and check-out experience could’ve been better. The check-in instructions weren’t so clear. The front desk is at a different location, and you need to call the number on the door first. We felt slightly rushed when checking out, as the cleaning ladies were already helping us remove our belongings. Our room was clean and cozy, but the other unit we were showed smelt like smoke. There’re great dining options nearby. Overall, I would say it’s worth the value
