Beautiful spacious apartment, in a residence with guard, quiet, closed, well maintained, with swimming pool and wading pool, park of 3 ha wooded with eucalyptus and palm trees, pool with fish and turtles, table tennis common.
The beach (sand !!) is 400m away.
Nearby: shops, supermarket (Leclerc), bakery, McDo, pizzas to take away, charming restaurants (on the port of Golfe Juan).
Three main rooms, two bedrooms each with a shower room, one with washing machine. The living room and one of the bedrooms overlook the balcony of about 12 m². The living / dining room is spacious. The kitchen is independent and equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. There are two toilets including an independent with washbasin.
Ability to accommodate 4 adults, and possibly 1 to 2 additional people in the sofa of the living room.
Parking is private, within the residence, in the open air. A vehicle is not essential: bus stop (city center + Nice-Airport>
