Fantastic location, Walking distance into Juan Les Pins and Antibes

Villa Joyeux is in a peaceful residential area.
It is located in the town of Juan les Pins/Antibes. It is a private villa with approximately 1000 m2 of grounds.
The entire exterior is great for large groups and families. There is a large decking area around the pool, on which there are many sun loungers.

The pool is large and tiled. There are steps going down into the shallow end, perfect for children. There is a fence around the pool area for child safety.

There is a tiled outdoor patio, directly outside the lounge/kitchen area, with outdoor table and chairs for meals overlooking the pool area. There is also a outdoor lounge area, under the shade, overlooking the pool area.

There is a large hot tub on the decking overlooking the pool area.

The garden goes around the villa, of which part of this is grass. Children can run around the villa; the grounds are completely flat and enclosed.

The property has a private parking place for cars, however it is also possible not to hire a car due to it’s amazing location.

The main villa is laid out on 2 levels.

The living/dining kitchen area are on the ground level. They open directly onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is 1 full bathroom and toilet on this level.

The first floor has another 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a large front balcony which overlooks the pool and terrace below. A twin bedroom also opens onto the same large balcony. There are another 2 double bedrooms on this floor, one of these bedrooms open onto another balcony. These bedrooms share the third bathroom.

For a large group of people, there is the possibility to use the second floor which is a lovely, large open room with 3 single beds. It has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a very large balcony overlooking the pool area.

There is air conditioning throughout the house.
