The space
This Luxe Duplex Studio Apartment has undergone an entire renovation in 2022. It's one of our newly listed properties and it fits into a 17 sq/m space. Located in a traditional Old Town Antibes building, there’s unmistakable style and unquestionably clever design everywhere in this completely renovated, compact duplex apartment.

The Lower Floor

The first floor plays host to a sofa, coffee table, and dining table that invite you to relax and unwind. There's a flat-screen TV and a small dining table that can be used for work if that's the reason for your visit to Antibes - there's wifi too of course.

Sharing this space is a kitchenette. As sleek and modern as the rest of the apartment, with the appliances, you need to prepare snacks and meals if you happen to want to eat in rather than out at the many cafes and restaurants in the local area.

The Upper Mezzanine Level

Here you’ll find the bed, a cozy kingsize, fitted with high-quality bed linen. There’s also clever use of space when it comes to giving you storage areas for your clothing and belongings.

As with most mezzanines, the ceiling’s pretty low, so be sure to mind your heads when you wake up and go down the stairs to take a look out onto the Old Town Antibes street that this apartment overlooks.
