The flat is amazing! Sea view and a large terrace plus private garden are the highlight! The parking is free inside the property gates! Is was clean and tidy- but a bit of extra detail cleaning would help.

Schöner Urlaub

Als Familie haben wir unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Antibes sehr genossen. Alles notwendige ist in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene mit Kindern, die bereits unabhängig von den Eltern schlafen. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind vor Ort und mussten leider zu dritt in einem sehr schmalen Bett schlafen. Das ist auch das einzige was uns gestört hat. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt für kleine Tagesausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza oder Monaco. An den Strand sind wir täglich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten immer (kostenpflichtige) Parkplätze finden, vorausgesetzt man geht früh an den Strand. Gegen Mittag kann es schon schwieriger werden. Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung (auch fußläufig erreichbar). Der Kontakt mit Anne-Marie war immer sehr angenehm. Sie hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Ausgezeichnet!!

Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorragend! Anne-Marie er sehr Zuvorkommend und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Auch die Übergabe des Appartements durch Vanessa war reibungslos. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Garten in der ruhigen Anlage ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Close and away

Suer nice apartment for family of 4 or even 5. Separete bedroom and toilet. Kitchen partly open to living room. Huge terrace. Garden with Grass. View over the sea and Antibes, and even the mountains. Small fenced property with two buildings. Nice pool nearly not occupied. Only for swimming though. To keep area quiet. 10 min drive to lovely pebble beach, Old Antibes and Juan Les Pins with all that you need. Pizza car on the corner. 1o min walk to bakery and Carrefour supermarket. Excellent location to visit Antibes and environs. We recommend Valbonne and Museum de Renoir. Nice 20 min drive. Cicadas from morning to afternoon. Downside is a neighbourhood of hospital and fire department-there are ambulances driving from time to time and the planes which, depending on the wind, have landing path nearby. These only heard though in the garden. Another downsize is too few pots and good knives in the kitchen. Else no complaints. Highy recommended.

Parfait !

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement d'Anne-marie. Il est parfaitement équipé et la literie est très bien (le lit et le canapé convertible). Il ne manquait rien : quelques provisions bien utiles dans les placards (pâtes, riz, huile, sel et poivre, sucre... et capsules de café senseo puisque la cafetière n'est pas "filtre"), de la vaisselle en quantité adaptée et même de nombreux produits ménagers et d'entretien (y compris lingettes, produit vaisselle, lessive...), cela est très appréciable. Concernant la situation, rien à redire. La résidence est très calme, les voisins sont charmants et la piscine est vraiment agréable et très propre. L'accueil et l'état des lieux de sortie se sont également très bien passés et en toute confiance réciproque. Bref, tout était réuni pour que nous passions d'excellentes vacances. Une chose est sûre, si nous revenons un jour à Antibes, nous louerons de nouveau cet appartement ! Merci pour tout Anne-marie 😊
