The bright living room is furnished with a Speedy convertible sofa, perfect for relaxation, and opens up to a magnificent, well-appointed terrace that invites you to unwind and enjoy the fresh air in a peaceful setting.

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a safe for your valuables, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, as well as all necessary bed and bath linens. To ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide a selection of welcome products, including coffee capsules, tea bags, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, thoughtfully prepared for your arrival.

The electronic key to the apartment will be sent to you in advance via the messaging system of your booking account. Please note that access to the apartment and luggage drop-off is available only from 4:00 PM onwards, once your access code has been activated. If you have booked a private parking space, it will be available under the same conditions. In addition, we kindly ask that you complete the nine hundred euros security deposit through the secure Swikly service prior to your arrival.
