It's labeled as a suite which in a way could be true because we were on the third floor all to ourselves. This room Plus the open space next to it belongs to us. The sliding door is kind of finicky and we were handed the wrong key but was quickly corrected. For the price that we pay which is around 50 bucks USA I think we have slightly overpaid and it's a lower price then I would give it more stars before that price that we paid I think three stars out of five sounds about right

The room description (see also the photo) stated private bathroom (not in room). In reality, the bathroom turned out to be shared. The staff indicated that this was incorrectly listed by Hotels.com. However, a review from another guest shows that this is not an isolated incident but a structural issue. To make matters worse, the staff began loudly cleaning the kitchen next to my room at 6:45 a.m. If you value privacy and a good night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a private bath and patio, and got a room with a shared bath off a common hallway. I did not complain, because I think the patio room was on the third floor of this 3-story walkup, and I have difficulty walking distances and stairs. This property is ideal for younger, energetic people on a budget. There is a well-equiipped communal kitchen. I don’t recommend it for older people who may need handicap accommodations such as grab-bars in the bathrooms, etc. or can't climb stairs. That said, the staff was wonderful and considerate, carrying my luggage up and down, etc.The wifi is very good.

Personal muy amable. Gran ubicación, estás caminando a pasos de todo lo turístico en Antigua, ¡es un pueblo hermoso! El tema del agua caliente fue nuestro único problema, el sistema de calentamiento de agua en Guatemala es muy peculiar y en este lugar sufrimos para que apenas nos saliera tibia; fuera de eso nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

Demasiado claustrofóbico el lugar. Ninguna ventana en la habitación que se pudiiera abrir. Muy oscura, sin closet sino un mueble donde colocar cosas, sin ganchos para colgar ropa. Positiv: Hotelpersonal ist freundlich Kritik: - Zimmer sehr laut, man hört jeden LKW, jedes Moped. - Zimmer ohne Fenster - einzige Lüftungsoption via Toilette - Toilette hat ein Fenster zum Gang, jeder Besucher kann hinein schauen haha! - Matratzen aufgerissen Zusammenfassung: scheinbar für Langzeitaufenthalte für guamaltesische Gastarbeiter ausgelegt. Für Touristen kann ich es nicht empfehlen, außer sie sind anspruchslos. Aber für 60€ würde ich besser 3 Mal Nächte im Hostel nehmen
