Upon entering you immediately feel the warm and inviting atmosphere in the well-equipped lounge corner! The sofa bed with ottoman not only provides a place to relax, but also additional sleeping accommodations for guests. A mattress topper is available for the sofa bed, so that you can still sleep comfortably on the sofa. Bed length 2 meters wide 1.40m. The cozy lounge area connects seamlessly via sliding doors to your own balcony.

BOUGANVILLE COMPLEX
Residence Bouganville is a combination of holiday rentals and permanent residents. It is built around the large swimming pool and consists of apartments and bungalows. Centrally, between the gardens and paths, is the large swimming pool and paddling pool with sun beds, showers and the old pool bar.
The complex is a bit older but is well maintained by the owners' association. There is a friendly atmosphere on the complex and that makes it attractive for both holidaymakers and permanent residents.
