Luxury villa very spacious with private eheated pool and private garden on a five star golf resort. There are three bedrooms with the master en-suite. The villa is located on the front line of golf course directly opposite the 16th green. There are three air conditioners .There are two large reception rooms, the main lounge has a quality leather suite all with reclining seats and a small dining table and four chairs. The second reception is a sun lounge with a quality wicker suite and large dining table and six chairs. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with cooker oven fridge freezer , and a dish washer. Located off the kitchen is a separate utility room with a washing machine. There is a very large terrace with heated pool , extensive private well maintained gardens perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. The property is located on the Golf Course which has previously hosted the Spanish open. The commercial centre which offers numerous restaurants , bars, a bowling alley , cinema, and an ,amusement arcade is easily accessible .The beach is nearby and is sandy with a beautiful beach bar situated on an island accessible by foot bridge. The town of Caleta de Fuste with numerous restaurants is about a 15 minute walk away. There is a wonderful marina in Caleta offering many water sports including diving instruction, jet ski hire and more lovely restaurants and bars overlooking the waterfront.
The villa offers the perfect accommodation for a wonderful family holiday.

Villa and outside areas are clean and well kept. Villa is in a quiet location. Host was very responsive and helpful. Beds comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and I was able to check in earlier without any issues which we were extremely grateful for. I would definitely recommend this villa and would not hesitate to book again.

Great villa, offers everything that you need to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable, even got to talk to some of the golfers whilst they are playing the 16th hole. Very friendly & welcoming people.

Fabulous villa

Loved our holiday at Villa Vella. Perfect location for us. Easy walking distance to The centre, the Atlantico with supermarket and all its amenities also the beach. The villa is exactly as described and was very clean and tidy on arrival. Communication with the owner and property manager was always fast and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

Just back from an amazing week at this villa. Communication with the owner was excellent prior to our arrival. Upon arrival at the villa we found it to be spotlessly clean inside and out, with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you need. The outdoor area was a good size and the gardens are landscaped beautifully. The pool is a great size and there are plenty of areas to sit, relax and eat. It was a real bonus to have a villa with a great open view of the golf course, a lot of the other villas have fences or walls for privacy, but we enjoyed the occasional waves from the passing golfers! The area was perfect for us, it was quiet but only a 20 min walk takes you to the shopping centre…I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

The villa is amazing..better than the photos! 3 lovely bedrooms and the 2 living spaces were amazing. Plenty of places to relax indoor and outdoor. The pool and garden area was so spacious & relaxing. The pool was always warm and we took advantage of having a swim when the sun had gone down. It was so hot so swimming early evening meant no risk of getting burnt! The kitchen was very well equiped and as well as waring out we had lovelg family meals in the villa. Communication witg the owner ans property manager was spot on. We would definitely stay here again and cant recommend the villa enough. Short walk to the atlantico for supplies ans shopping and a taxi back was just 3 euros. A taxi into the main town for evenings out was 5 euros. We have been to caleta several times and we love the friendly atmosphere and the many resturants ans shops..as well as the beautiful beach and harbour.

Excellent, But !!

As a couple we stayed here from beginning of June for 2 weeks. Positives Excellent villa, especially the conservatory, great pool and outside spaces, great location.Negatives upon arrival in master bedroom found bedsheets in a disgusting condition ie covered in black hair, upon closer inspection found the mattress in even worse condition ie huge blood stains ? on one side and years of abuse on other ! Shocking !! Had to relocate to childs bedroom. After contacting the owner he initially did not believe us ? But after sending photos he agreed to rectify! but we declined as we didnt want any more disruption to our holiday. The cleanliness of the villa left a lot to to be desired ie several cockroaches during our stay and as usual with rentals lots of wear and tear, the place needs a good overhaul ?? We enjoyed our holiday but could not use master bedroom and ensuite.

Family Holiday

With initial details on the site limited and only a few reviews we were slightly apprehensive about booking this villa. There was absolutely no need as the description and pictures on the site do not come close to doing this property justice. This property has everything you would want at a quality holiday home. The outside space is fantastic with multiple seating areas around the house for different times of the day and occasion, pool loungers, comfy seating near the outside BBQ, outside dinning table and chairs around the front to get out of the wind for dinner and an outstanding sun room at the poolside which allows for time out of the direct sunlight but doors open enjoying the heat and view of outdoors and not to forgetting the large roof terrace for evenings if you so desire. During my stay I had to contact the property manager regarding a faulty air con unit in one of the rooms after a visit on the same day I was contacted by the owner who arranged an engineers visit, a full replacement unit was ordered and fitted within 2 days, Great response!! All in all I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area and would be very surprised if they were not impressed.

We are a family of six and we all had an amazing holiday. Booking was easy. House location was spot on. Only 15 mins drive from the airport. On arrival house was spotlessly clean and welcoming. House was very well equipped. The outside space and pool were just what we needed and much much more. Plenty of chairs/ loungers The pictures do not do this property justice. On the back of the property is a large spacious sun lounge where we spent most of our time if not in the pool. All the doors on the sun lounge open up which lets in the breeze. So when we needed a break from the sun we could cool down in the sun lounge, and still feel like you were outside. The property is right on the golf course, we had lots of entertainment watching all the golfers. A big plus for us was there was a McDonald’s literally 5 mins away which we found extremely helpful. The small town/shops/beaches were within easy reach. We hired a car which enabled us to visit beaches further out. Our girls enjoyed going to the Mall shopping of an evening which was about 20 mins drive. From start to finish the communication with the owner and with the manager was just amazing. If you are wanting a family friendly, extremely clean house to spend time with your loved ones look no further this is the property for you. Thank you so much. See you next July. 😎😎

Het huis is heerlijk, op een leuke plek, 20 minuten lopen naar het winkelcentrum, waar genoeg te beleven is, en aansluitend de boulevard met een fijne baai. Om de hoek staan stepjes die je makkelijk kunt huren.Het huis heeft eigenlijk alles, ruim, grote keuken met washok ernaast, grote woonkamer en ruime kamers met fijne bedden. De sere is heerlijk en daar hebben we de meeste tijd doorgebracht. Alle ramen kun je open schuiven. Het zwembad is schoon, en goed verwarmd, ondanks de wind die er wel vaak is. We hebbben ook veel aan de voorkant van het huis gezeten waar nauwelijks wind staat en de zon goed op schijnt. Op het dakterassen met onze zoontjes gevoetbald. Het contact met de beheerder was duidelijk. Het huis is gedateerd, maar dat stoorde ons niet. Sommige plekken mogen wel wat schoner. We hebben genoten van deze fijne plek.
