LUXURY HOUSE WITH SUPERB VIEWS AND PRIVATE INFINITY POOL:
Suite Golf Caleta Abril is a recently refurbished luxury house tastefully decorated in cozy tones. Its bright air-conditioned living room, located on the ground floor and overlooking the pool, has a fully equipped kitchen and there is also a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with sea views: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and television, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

On the solarium terrace you will find a wonderful infinity pool with the best views of the Atlantic Ocean, the village and the two golf courses of Caleta de Fuste. Also the sun loungers where you can relax in the warm sun. On the terrace you can also enjoy a lot of sun hours and eat in the shade of the porch. In short, everything you need to enjoy a stay of rest and relaxation.

Villa was clean but lots of things didn’t work throughout whole stay which was very poor

Villa looked as per photos and was in a very quiet spot with fantastic views, however pool is tiny and freezing with no option to heat it, plus no padded tops for the sun beds as per pictures. Had a few problems such as no plug for the kitchen sink, plus shower drain blocked so entire upper bathroom flooded day one when taking a shower! Also main light in 2nd bedroom didn’t work FOR THE WHOLE OF OUR STAY despite reporting it on day one. Cable tv has only 1 x uk channel - the news and some radio stations so not great, plus the downstairs toilet has some problems with the drains and the downstairs stunk of sewage all evening every evening once the doors and windows were shut. Management team were lovely and tried to resolve problems, but awfull smell and lack of light in second bedroom were not resolved. Would not return to villa under any circumstances.

Wundervoller Ausblick

Die komplette Kommunikation mit Ruben war super. Es hat alles sehr reibungslos geklappt. Der erste Eindruck, super. Einrichtung innen sehr gut, ja auch wenn etwas Putz brokelt, trotzdem im inneren sehr gut. Einige Küchenutensilien waren nicht so sauber, aber kein Problem. Schlafzimmer sehr gut, außer das Kleinere von beiden, da keine Klimaanlage nur Ventilator sehr heiß. Das untere Bad leider nur bedingt nutzbar, da der Geruch nicht so schön ist. Jetzt eigentlich das Einzige was etwas enttäuschend war, keine Sonneninsel, sondern Hollywoodschaukel und kleiner Esstisch draußen. Das Highlight ist die Sicht über die Stadt.

3 Wochen Aufenthalt in der "VILLA ABRIL"

Das in der Beschreibung genannte "Luxushaus", sowie in der Beschreibung gezeigten Außen-Aufnahmen, entsprechen nicht mehr der Wirklichkeit. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In den Nassräumen müssten dringend Sanierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Das Haus "lebt" von seiner ruhigen Lage und dem Blick über die Stadt zum Meer. Ganz besonderen Dank an Rubén, der bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle war und sich darum gekümmert hat.

Tolles Haus in Top-Lage

Für den ruhesuchenden Urlauber eine perfekte Unterkunft. Gemütliches Ambiente und große Terrasse mit Pool und Panoramablick. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Haus zurück.
