Casa Naranja (Fully Vv Registered) is a beautiful tranquil villa. iIts perfect place for a relaxing holiday, being fully equipped and was completely refurnished and decorated Jan 2023 and a new walk in shower in the ensuite Dec 2024. A complete exterior refurb July 2022, February 2024 pool repaint. All you could need to make your stay complete.

There are four large bedrooms all comfortably furnished accommodating 8 adults in total (camp beds/cots and highchairs can be hired by request for children) One exceptionally large family bathroom and one en suite to the master bedroom. The spacious living/dining area has two sets of patio doors leading out to the heated swimming pool and outside dining area and is equipped with Sky Tv in most languages. Fast 330mb WiFi access FREE OF CHARGE.
In the beautiful private gardens there is a large swimming pool with new Solar heat cover, slate pool table, sunbathing area, dining area, barbecue and roof top terrace that has outstanding views over the golf course, sea and mountains. (NB the roof terrace can be unlocked by request if there are no children in the party due to insurance)

Villa agréable et bien située

La villa est conforme au descriptif, au calme (proche de l'aéroport mais le trafic n'est pas trop gênant) et bien située (nécessité d'avoir une voiture quand même). Piscine et terrasse agréables, équipement cuisine correct, bonne literie.

La villa est telle que sur les photos. Elle est très bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. Toutefois quelques points négatifs : L'eau de la piscine est trouble. La pompe ne doit pas fonctionner suffisamment. Sur les conseils de la propriétaire, nous avons payé le supplément pour que la piscine soit chauffée. Elle était bien chaude mais nous n'avons jamais entendu le chauffage fonctionner. La semaine suivante nous avons loué une autre villa sans chauffage et l'eau était encore plus chaude. Je pense qu'il est donc inutile de payer ce supplément en été. Le wifi est en supplément . Le centre commercial est bien à 10-15 mn à pied (supermarché, quelques boutiques, bowling, ...) mais si vous souhaitez aller au cœur de l'animation (restaurants et marina) il faut compter 25 mn à pied. Il manque des rideaux occultants dans les chambres. Il n'y a qu'un seul parasol sur la terrasse. La terrasse étant au soleil il est très compliqué de déjeuner à l'ombre (3 ou 4 personnes seulement sont abritées du soleil). La terrasse est très venteuse et le soir quand le soleil se couche il fait frais. Mais le gros point négatif est la pression d'eau. Les 2 premiers jours nous n'avions qu'un filet d'eau qui s'écoulait des robinets. Le gérant est intervenu et ça allait un peu mieux mais il est impossible de se servir des 2 salles de bain en même temps. Si un robinet coule ou une chasse d'eau fonctionne, on ne peut plus rien faire dans l'autre salle de bain ou la cuisine. C'est très gênant car la maison est conçue pour accueillir 8 personnes mais on ne peut se doucher qu'un à la fois. Je pense donc qu'on peut trouver mieux à ce prix et ne conseille pas cette location.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier les constructions environnantes sont trés belles et nous avons eu la chance que les villas voisines n étaient pas occupées nous étions vraiment au calme. c était la première fois que nous venions aux Canaries en espérant y retourner.

Perfekte Lage zum Golfplatz

Wir haben das Haus, vorallem die Terrasse mit Pool sehr genossen. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Duschvorhang im 2. Bad, der nicht gut befestigt ist. Im Haus hängen 2 Überwachungskameras, die wir nicht in Ordnung fanden.

Great stay

Just returned from a week’s stay - 2 adults and 2 children (11&12yrs). The villa was big enough for all of us. The pool size is great and along with the pool table there was plenty to keep the children occupied. We did have a car for shopping/airport etc but it’s not necessary. It’s about a 15 min walk to the shopping ctr. We’ve been to caleta 5 times now and would recommend this villa. Great contact from the hosts - happy to sort any problems which for us were a replacement parasol and an extra tea towel. We would happily return. Thanks for a great stay.

Needs a makeover

We have just returned from a 4 week stay. Although we enjoyed our stay we were disappointed with the standard of the villa which is not a luxury villa as advertised. The pool area is nice but in serious need of maintenance. The fence was broken and flapping around, the pool surround was chipped and in need of painting and there were some loose tiles. There were pillars which had been repaired but not painted. The furnishings in the villa were of poor quality and the shower head in the on suite is held up with a screw. The whole place had only been surface cleaned and the bedding was only changed after 10 days. When we had a problem whilst we were there Richard came to resolve straight away which was good but the villa is in need of a makeover.

Brilliant!

We had a brilliant 12 days at this very comfortable villa. From check in to check out, Nico and Peter couldn't have been more helpful. The outside space is just great! We had the pool heated so we could use it at any time and enjoyed the pool table too. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Property is OK but could use some updating. En suite shower slide held with string and crack in tray fixed with silicone. Large amounts of dust on ceiling fan blades which need cleaning off, paint flaking on internal walls too. There have been some exterior updates like new tiles around pool , but pool edges need repaint to complete the look , biggest issue was I received email from owner half way through my stay to state the pool heat had been left on in error and he had just noticed the mail he wanted to send me some weeks back had not sent , then tried to charge me for pool heat , I did reply to say I was not paying as I did not request the pool heated and asked if it could be turned off immediately. Owner then conceded as the issue was there fault they would not charge but it did feel a bit like trying to get additional money for something not requested. This and the location on the development (furthest point from town) means I would not rent again.

Relax and recharge

Spent a wonderful two weeks in the villa. Quiet space to relax and definitely enjoyed the pool to help us all cool down. The outdoor space was fabulous and there was plenty of room inside for us. Villa is located in a lovely residential area with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We explored the island easily as the villa is centrally positioned to venture north and south.restaurants.

Family holiday

We have been visiting caleta for the past ten years; always in villas. This is one of the best villas we've stayed in by far. The outside is spacious and spot on to the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We dont hire a car but your a shortish walk to the atlantico or the taxis are very quick to come. Literally call as your ready to leave, fares are under 5 euro to go into the town. Best restaurant by far was El Patio Communication was very good all the way through. Hoping to visit again soon

Simply amazing

Just come home from an amazing, relaxing week in this incredible villa. How anyone can give less than a 10/10 review amazes me. Great communication with the owner and the property manager. Simple check in on arrival and got shown round the villa. Then was told to get in touch if any issues and we were left to enjoy our holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. A very good folder left with plenty information on the local area if this is your first visit. Located in a very quiet area yet just a couple of minutes drive to the shopping areas. Would say a car is necessary to save on taxis but cars are cheap to rent for the week. The pool is simply incredible, clean and well maintained. The pool table is also a nice extra to while away an afternoon in the sun although we didn’t like using it too much in case the noise disturbed our neighbours. All in all an amazing property that we have already looked into rebooking for next year.

Fab stay in lovely villa

Myself and my family stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of April and we had a great time. The villa itself is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property managers Peter and Nico were great and answered any questions we had. The check in and out process was also easy and painless! The villa is in a nice quiet location and is only a short walk to the shopping centre. We’ve been to Caleta about 8 times now and know the area well and love this location. I would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

House was roomy and well furnished. Some areas could have been a bit cleaner but the management company blamed this on the Calima!! Pool was spotless and was cleaned again during our stay, it was heated to a lovely temperature which we had paid extra for. The only thing that could be better is by providing mosquito nets on the doors and windows. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom but we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes

Well deserved break

Lovely spacious villa in good location, had all we needed for the week but could have done with some oven gloves and a better dust pan and brush. Beds comfy had good nights sleep whilst there but bit disappointed that I had to strip the beds when I paid a service charge? Also didn’t like the fact that the pool cleaners let them selves into the garden twice while we were there to clean the pool felt like it was an invasion of our privacy, would have preferred them to ring the gate buzzer, good job I don’t sunbathe topless ! All in all a nice break and would recommend this villa.

Lovely Stay

Our stay was lovely. Quite a bit away from happy centre etc,maybe about a 45 min walk however only 5 euro in a taxi. Villa was lovely, needing a slight refresh in areas. Our children loved the pool, however day 5 it went a green colour but the pool guy was out the next morning to fix it. Nothing was too much hassle and Peter even came to our rescue when the taxi driver wouldnt listen to my directions on arrival, thank you Peter.

Family week away

The villa is exactly as advertised. The accommodation is great, good kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Its has a great pool and good outside space with a pool table. The roof terrace overlooks the golf course. Its a pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre. All in all a great place to stay, would highly recommend

We knew the location from previous visits to the area, its a little way away from shops, bars and restaurants but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Villa has everything you need to be self sufficient, the pool was in almost constant use, as was the bbq. Small issue with the hob, but the owner and his management team were all over it. Hoping to book again soon 👍
