Two bright & cosy apartments combined that sleeps 8 people. 10 minutes walk from the central station and shopping district. You`ll find some of the coolest bars, bakeries and coffee shops within stumbling distance!

Fully equipped kitchen and living space, super fast WiFi, Smart TV, Quality coffee&Tea, Bathroom amenities... Perfect for longer stays!

The duplex is located on the first and second floor of a beautiful townhouse in a vibrant part of the city center.

On the first floor (PIM) you will be greeted with a naturally lit open living room that invite guests to enjoy their morning breakfast at the dining table or unwind and relax on the spacious sofa. As you move further into the central part of the apartment you will find the first main bedroom. Above it is the mezzanine where a second queen sized floor mattress is. As it is a fairly open space, it is not suitable for small children but it is comfortable for two adults to sleep there. There`s also a sofa bed option for guests who wish not to climb up the ladder, you can request this in advance.

The kitchen is equipped with necessities, ideal for longer stays and cooking up some fantastic meals. There is a supermarket close by, a 200m walk

On the second floor (LIV) you will find a second, very spacious, master bedroom with mezzanine. The second floor has an ensuite kitchenette, shower and toilet.

There are amazing lunch places within a 5 minute radius. Be ready to be charmed out as you are in the middle of the bustling student quarter where some of the most charming and beautiful hidden squares in Antwerp are located at stumbling distances: Ossenmarkt, Paardenmarkt and the stunning Hendrik Conscienceplein.

The town house has 4 apartments. Walk up one flight of stairs and you will arrive at the PIM apartment. On the second floor you will have access to the LIV apartment. Both floors are entirely yours!

We want you to enjoy your stay, and we`re just a message away for any and all questions! We are locals and have lots of tips, tricks and favorite places to share should you need it!

Self check-in with a digital access code for the street door and once inside you will find a Lockbox with a code to retrieve the keys to both floors. All details are provided a day before checking in.
We love hosting cheerful groups, but we are not a party place that allows for late night noise and external invites. Thank you for caring for the place the same way we do! :)
