Empfehlung!Ich war mit einem Freund zu Rock Werchter 2025 zu Gast und wollte sofort die Wohnung für 2026 buchen (leider bereits vergeben).***** Lage: die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und fußläufig zur Altstadt. Kurzfristig kann man zum Be- und Entladen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung parken. Langfristig kann man günstig in einem Parkhaus parken (5EUR pro Tag). In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt ees Kiosks und Imbiss-Möglichkeiten. Die Lage zwischen Brüssel und Antwerpen ist top. Man kann mit der Bahn (günstig, sauber, pünktlich), mit demAuto oder dem Rad die Städte besuchen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig.***** Zustand: die Bilder sind authentisch. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Internet funktioniert sehr schnell. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Heißluft Friteuse, ein Internet-TV und mehr! WC und Dusche sind getrennt. Eine richtige Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, sondern Lüfter mit Wasser.***** Vermieterin: antwortet sofort. Ein Wunsch wurde schnell erfüllt. Der Checkin und Checkout verlief einfach über einen Code. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über Whatsapp.*** Haus: das Haus ist weniger einladend. Ich konnte mein Fahrrad im Flur abstellen. Das Treppenhaus wird renoviert. Die Haustür ist ständig nicht verschlossen. Es wurde in den Eingang uriniert. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und die Treppe ist relativ eng.
