The Black Pants is a beautiful duplex apartment located at the first floor of the building. You can check yourself in with a codelock. The apartment has an industrial style mixed with authentic Belgian materials. The apartment has everything you need; a queen size boxspring bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a flatscreen TV, a bathroom with a rain shower, and high ceilings for a spacious feeling. Super location in the city centre, just perfect to explore Antwerp!

You will enter the apartment with a code and step right into the living space. On your right you can find the kitchen, which has everything you need; a fridge, a water boiler, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking material, and a combi oven. In the front behind the big stairs you will see the living space a comfortable sofa bed for 2 (140x200cm), a dining table and a balcony. In the middle of the apartment you see the steep black industrial stairs, which goes to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom consists of a queen size boxspring bed, a closet, a dresser and a big mirror. Next to the closet you can find the bathroom, which consists out of a toilet, a sink and a rain shower.

This beautiful building belongs to the SHWAY collection, a short-stay rental company based in Antwerp. Super central, a quiet street, close to public transfer and free parking Zuiderdokken, in the middle of the best shopping streets and within 10 minutes walking distance from the best restaurants, cafés and museums. The district is called Sint-Andries and it is located in the southern part of the city centre. The district is bordered by the "Historical Center" in the north, the "Theaterbuurt" in the east and "Het Zuid" in the south. Nowadays, it is the fashion centre of the city and a lot of famous Belgian designers are located here. Vintage, design, interior, fashion and boutiques are key words for what to find in this area.

The centre of Antwerp is a low-emission zone, please check the website the City Antwerp for more information. From Central Station you can take tram 8 to Nationale Bank and walk to the address in 7 minutes. If you are coming with the car, you can park for free at Vlaamsekaai, this is within 10 minutes walking distance from the building. You can also park the car at Indigo Parking Nationale Bank (address: Frankrijklei 166, 2000 Antwerp), for €17,- per 24h.
