Host was impossible to get in touch with. Over an hour late to our check in time. Left us zero check in instructions. Canceled and booked a hotel after not hearing back from them for hours! We booked over a month in advance. Was on the phone with multiple reps from VRBO to get refunded. The experience was awful overall.
