Blue Skyline Magnificent Villa, By Hellocrete
Words cannot do justice to this stunning new Blue Skyline Villa, a luxurious property with a private infinity pool set in a tranquil Cretan village, surrounded by nature. The villa offers an inspiring setting where the blue of the sky meets the endless sea, creating a peaceful and breathtaking environment.
The villa consists of the main building and a bungalow available on request for an additional €100 per night (obligatory for parties of more than 9 guests). The main house spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find the main entrance leading to an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, a large dining area with an oak table, and a living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and a laundry/storage room. Balconies and terraces surround the floor, offering spaces to relax and enjoy unobstructed views of the sea, pool, and landscaped gardens.
The ground floor features four spacious bedrooms, each decorated in a unique style that complements the villa’s blue theme. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. Three bedrooms have direct access to the sun terrace and pool area, while one opens to the garden with views of the palm trees. There are three bathrooms: the master bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a shared bathroom for two bedrooms.
The villa’s outdoor area includes a 10 × 4 m solar-heated pool (up to 24°C) with a tanning ledge, expansive landscaped gardens, lounging areas, and a stone barbecue.
The separate bungalow, located 50 meters from the main house and accessible via the garden, features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sunbeds and sea views.
Blue Skyline Villa accommodates up to 9 guests in the main building (three double beds, two single beds, and a single sofa bed). The bungalow is to be rented for parties of 10-11 guests. Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.
The villa is located nesr the charming village of Likotinara, known for its natural beauty and local attractions, including ancient Cretan wells and a small rocky beach. The village has a local restaurant serving traditional Cretan cuisine. Nearby villages (2–7 minutes away) provide shops, restaurants, banks, and medical facilities. Popular beaches are within a short drive, including Crete’s longest sandy organized beach (9 km), which is partially visible from the villa. The national road is easily accessed, bringing Chania (34.6 km) and Rethymno (30 km) within reach.
The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your cars. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
