Olimpia Villas Complex is a luxury and modern villa complex consisting of three villas, offering a combination of comfort, privacy, and stunning views. Indoor Facilities
The complex consists of three villas, each offering a unique layout while maintaining a cohesive design of modern elegance and comfort.
Villa Alya: This 200 sqm villa accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The ground level features an open-plan living area with a sofa, 40 Smart TV, and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide a perfect setting for meals. There are two bedrooms: a queen-size bedroom with sea views and yard access, and a single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and yard access. A communal bathroom is also available. On the upper level, a spacious twin bedroom with sea and mountain views has an ensuite bathroom. A cozy living area offers a sofa that can convert to two single beds (extra cost). A communal bathroom is also on this level. The lower level has a fourth twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Villa Fos: This stylish two-story villa features 200 sqm of living space with 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The ground level has a spacious living area with a plush sofa, a 43 Smart TV, and views of the private pool and sea. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing meals. There are two bedrooms on this level: a queen-size bedroom with air conditioning and direct pool access, and another queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, shower, air conditioning, and pool access. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available. The loft area features an open-plan bedroom with twin beds and a sofa that can convert into two additional single beds (extra charge). It also includes a bathroom with a bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
Villa Anthos: This villa spans 45 sqm and is ideal for couples. It features an open-plan living area with a plush sofa and a 32 Smart TV offering satellite channels. Guests can step directly from the living room to the pool terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the dining area for four is perfect for intimate meals. The villa has one bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Outdoor Facilities
Each villa has its own private outdoor space, designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Villa Alya features a large swimming pool of 36 sqm, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a charcoal BBQ. A dining table offers the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The expansive terrace overlooks the picturesque landscape, making it the ideal place for evening relaxation.
Villa Fos offers a stunning outdoor area with a 45 sqm swimming pool, perfect for cooling off while taking in the panoramic sea views. For younger children, the 2 sqm kids pool offers a safe space to play. The large terrace is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, while a charcoal BBQ and dining table are available for guests to enjoy al fresco meals.
Villa Anthos offers a private 10 sqm swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing dip while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, a parasol, and a BBQ with dining space ensuring that guests can enjoy outdoor meals.

Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Villa Alya and Villa Anthos can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27-28?C, depending on the weather conditions, from March through June 10th and from September 10th through the end of November. Please note that we require 5 days advance notice for this amenity, and when selected, it is provided only for the entire duration of the stay. The cost of the heated pools can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 6EUR per night from April to October and 1.5EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
