This was such a beautiful property and the staff were so kind and accommodating to us. We loved the suite with walk out to the pool and the restaurant had one of the best meals we had in Crete. The suites are also very well soundproofed. Highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment was lovely the clearners were great.. but went for breakfast once and the hospitality was not friendly also very expensive..and poor quality food for breakfast.. great restaurants just a 2 minute walk with great food had friendly service..went to checkout and saff once again not to friendly did not ask us anything or if our stay was good nothing.. shame about the pool lovely pool but no view just brick wall when in pool big mistake as its a executive suit..they need to be more friendly at this property make people feel they want to return...

Very nice view and a quite place Pool very clean and the same all over the hotel. Room cleaned every day - even sand from beach was cleaned. Breakfast don’t miss that it is amazing

Sehr tolles, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel. Die Staff sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Pools sind in einem top Zustand. Das einzige wo beklagt werden kann ist, dass nach 4 gratis Kaffee-Kapseln fĂŒr die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer jede weitere Kapsel je €1 kostet. Trotzdem ist das Hotel absolut zum empfehlen.

Un bon choix

Bon emplacement Une chambre spacieuse, de quoi se prĂ©parer un petit dĂ©jeuner nous mĂȘme, si on ne dĂ©sire pas prendre celui de l'hĂŽtel, un grand lit bien confortable et une salle de douche agrĂ©able, sans oublier le balcon sympa le matin pour le petit dej. La piscine est bien mais nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© la MĂ©diterranĂ©. Le tout est rĂ©cent et bien entretenu. Nous n'avons pas essayĂ© le restaurant, mais juste pris des dessert en roomservice : ils Ă©taient trĂ©s trĂ©s bons et gastro : allez donc y manger si vous en avez l'occasion. Seul point a amĂ©liorer : le mĂ©nage : si on dort un peu le matin, on loupe les femmes de mĂ©nage qui passent assez tĂŽt. Ayant choisi l'option grasse mat, nous n'avons eu le mĂ©nage que 2 fois sur la semaine dont une en ayant demandĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception. Voiture nĂ©cessaire car la mer est a distance, moins de 3 mn en voiture.

Das Hotel und die wunderschönen modernen gutausgestatteten Arpartments waren sehr ordentlich, sauber und gepflegt vor zu finden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, nett und immer freundlich. Die Pools waren 1,60m tief und wunderschön, aber auch kalt (nichts fĂŒr Frostbeulen). Das Hotel liegt auch sehr zentral zu StrĂ€nden, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Chania. Es war super schön dort.

Litt vekk gjemt fint hotel.

Flott og moderne hotel. Ganske nytt. Fine rom Vi oppgraderte til basseng m utsikt te sjÞen. Verdt Ä se sjÞutsikt, men ulempen er at den sterke solen stÄr rett pÄ rommet/bassenget/sitteomÄde ute- hele sen etterm og kveld, og det ble for varmt Ä sitte der pÄ kveldstid dessverre... Slik sett sÄ spiller det nesten ingen rolle hvilken rom man kjÞper. En stor negativ rettet mot hotellets nettside; der finnes INGEN shuttle buss fra hotellet te stranden, selv om dette stÄr pÄ nettsiden at der er shuttlebuss! SÄ forbered dere pÄ Ä gÄ i sterk brennende hete, en lang og bratt bakke fra hotellet til stranden, og tilbake. Dette var tungt, og man ble helt ferdig etter gÄturen pga den sterke varmen. StÄr og at der er meget kort avstand til svÊrt mange restauranter, det er heller ikke riktig, 4 totalt i landsbyen Plaka. 1 pÄ vei ned til Almyrida ... Hvis man orker Ä gÄ ned igjen til strand promenaden pÄ kveldstid , sÄ finnes der mange flere spisesteder- og litt mer liv pÄ kveldene. Vi savnet "live"music, gjerne lokal gresk musikk pÄ kveldene... dette var sÄ Ä si helt fravÊrende. Vi spiste ikke pÄ hotellet da prisene var dobbelte for maten enn andre plasser, dette er jo veldig synd- at dem ikke tenker mer pÄ sine gjester. Totalt sett vil jeg ikke ha returnert til hotellet mye pga beliggenheten er for langt unna alt! Anbefaler pÄ det sterkeste leiebil.

Un hotel especial para un fĂĄnastica estancia

Bonito hotel, nuevo y cuidado, donde las vistas y la salida directa a la piscina desde la habitaciĂłn lo hacen especial. Realmente la estancia fue excelente, con especial menciĂłn al restaurante, que sorprende su nivel de detalle y calidad de su cocina. Aunque no desmeren para nada la estancia sĂ­ que mejorarĂ­a la experiencia si se rellenaran las cĂĄpsulas de cafĂ© a diario, asĂ­ como añadir azĂșcar y tĂ© en la habitaciĂłn. Los jabones tambiĂ©n podrĂ­an dar un salto de calidad. La limpieza varios dĂ­as fue realmente pronto, lo cual no se ajusta con un horario vacacional.
