Welcome to Milville, a welcoming beach cottage in Apollo Bay — perfect for families or small groups seeking a relaxed seaside escape. Set in a peaceful neighbourhood and only a short 500-metre stroll to the beach, Milville offers a delightful blend of comfort, character and convenience.



Step inside this warm and inviting home to discover a bright open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area — including essentials like a coffee machine and dishwasher — where meals and memories are easily made. The comfortable lounge features plush seating, a large TV with DVD player, quality sound system, Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a cosy wood fire for cooler nights in.



The home sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms: a serene master with queen bed, TV and ceiling fan, and a second room with a queen and a single bed configuration — ideal for kids or extra guests. Both rooms are fitted with efficient heaters to keep everyone comfortable year-round.



A thoughtfully designed bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, with additional convenience from a separate toilet and a full laundry equipped with washer and dryer. A spacious rear sunroom provides a relaxed spot to unwind with a book or plan your next day of coastal exploration.
