My stay was unfortunately not pleasant. The owner seems to be managing the property alone and it’s clear she needs additional support to maintain the hotel properly. The walkway and parking areas were not salted during winter weather, which made it unsafe. The towels in my room had a stale, mildew-like odor, and the shower and bed were both very uncomfortable. The blanket provided did not fit the queen-size bed. The hallways were also concerning. There were individuals walking the halls late at night and early in the morning causing disturbances. When I was leaving, the halls smelled strongly of cigarettes and what seemed like drug use. The odor was overwhelming. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small with no place to hang towels or personal items. Overall, the experience did not feel clean, safe, or comfortable.

The building and the room smelled horrible. The building and the rooms are so outdated. Not maintained at all. Toilet would hard flush, you had to keep pushing the handle down and it was so loud when it was running. I felt like i was in a prison cell.

Only stayed here because rooms across the city were booked (or $400+/night) due to Packer-Viking game. Check in and out went smooth. Room was not as advertised. Newly renovated? How so… slap bright blue paint all over the walls, light covers, ceiling, etc.? Horrible smell from heater, bathroom door did not close (in fact there was a hole in the door). Room looked clean, but husband I were afraid to sleep in the bed. Never experienced bed bugs before, but this seems like a place that would have them. Could hear everything through the walls, sounded like someone was trying to get in our room at night. Didn’t sleep well at all. Both uber drivers we utilized told us horror stories about the place and said “they really need to put a disclaimer on that place when booking online” I’m not a bougie type, but this was not ok.

Hotel was very dirty from the hall ways to the room. Location was also very sketchy. We checked in but ended up leaving without staying the night. My husband and i were both very uncomfortable there. Would not recommend.

This was the worst property I have ever been to, and I wish I would have done a little more research on it before purchasing (and I was not allowed to get a refund). The key to our room did not work, so the worker let us in and said he would come back with a new one (I will come back to that). We walk into the room, and the window is wide open with NO SCREEN (on the first floor!!!!). Honestly, it seemed as if someone had been coming in and out of the room through the window. Not to mention, it was less than 25 degrees out at this time. I closed the window, only to find out that there is no lock. Even worse, lock to the main door was broken as well. There also was trash on the floor in the bathroom. Even if there wasn't trash, this room was very unclean and you could see dirt/cobwebs in every corner. Coming back to the key, the worker used the new key and walked right into the room without knocking or saying anything before opening the door. He just walked right in when we were standing in there! This place was really dirty and it felt unsafe. This was the only place left we could stay at to go to the Packer game. We changed our clothes for the game and immediately packed up all of our stuff. We did NOT come back to this place!

Room was horrific, premium charge for below sub par accommodation. They double charged me even tho it was pay at property, they charged the credit card before arrival. After confronting them they denied and I took me 2 weeks to fight for my money back. They charged it thru a sister hotel next door so they denied it was them. Wouldn’t sleep here, the car is a much safer and clean than this place

It was good for the price. The room was clean. The cable/satelite didnt work but we logged into out own Hulu account so it was fine. Bathroom was really small.

This hotel is in horrible shape. My bathroom door had a huge dent kicked into it, I had to ask for two lightbulbs and screw them in myself because two of the three lightbulbs were burnt out in my room, walls and ceiling are paper thin, and it’s full of sketchy people.

Took a while to check in even though we already had the reservation. The side door to the building was unlocked so anyone can just walk right into the hotel. It was fine but wasn't worth the price. We just picked it because it was the last room in the area. Rooms were clean but had hair on the bed and pillow cases. We were woken up at 5:40am by probably a garbage truck and then the people that stayed below us were SO LOUD yelling and talking way to loud for 6am. The walls were very thin.
