The shampoo and conditioner were empty upon arrival. There was always a man (in street clothes) sitting in the lobby. We wanted to use that space to meet up with family a few times but he was always looking at us, making us feel very uncomfortable. The same man was there night and day, and the third day it was a different man. No matter which man, they were always staring at us and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the lobby with family.

The hallway smelled really bad like wet feet or something stale . The kitchen was closed so there was no breakfast , I understand that it was a holiday but you could have offered a doughnut or something. Staff was friendly , and room was clean .
