It was winter so we need the heater. But the heater in the toilet didn’t work. The phone didn’t work too. Hence, we had to walk in the cold back to receptionist to tell him the issue.

Booked a twin room online. When we arrived the room was no longer available. We ended up in a dated cramped family room with steeply sloping ceilings which made most of the room unusable. No fridge. Best thing was easy parking. Disappointing.

Above average but not excellent. Rooms fairly basic. Pool very cold but clean. Morning coffee charge was very high but extra towels provided was helpful.
