With a new refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove, and propane gas grill, you’ll have all the tools you need to prepare a wide range of meals. The combination of an electric stove and a propane gas grill offers flexibility for different cooking styles, whether you’re making a quick meal indoors or grilling outside. It’s like having a mini restaurant right at home!That living room sounds incredibly cozy and well-equipped! With three overstuffed sofas and a large overstuffed chair with an ottoman, you’re set for maximum comfort while lounging or entertaining. The 65" wall-mounted flat-screen TV and Xfinity 60 Mbps Wi-Fi will make streaming your favorite shows or movie a breeze. Plus, the corner Swiss-style fireplace (dura log only) adds a charming, warm touch to the space

A dining room table that seats 10 comfortably is perfect for hosting gatherings and family dinners. The primary bedroom on the second level, conveniently located off the living room, offers easy access and convenience to a small breezeway for outdoor access along the back of the house is a nice touch—it can serve as a lovely transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for enjoying some fresh air or accessing outdoor areas without having to navigate through the main living areas.
