Très très bien situé, lumineux, seul bémol la salle de bain dans son jus avec baignoire. Je précise que l on dort bien dans le canapé 160cm avec bonne literie.

Très satisfaisante

Résidence impeccable (il m'a semblé sentir la peinture encore fraîche d'une récente rénovation), entrée vaste, claire et lumineuse, laissant bien augurer de la suite. Studio confortable. Bien équipé, cuisine très fonctionnelle, grand placard de rangement, WC et SdB séparés. Et cerise sur le gâteau, proximité des commerces, de la plage et des promenades. Cela donne envie d'y revenir, mais 2000 est encore loin.

Bon emplacement centre ville

Appartement résidence sécurisée parking rue assez calme même en plein mois d'août .On peut tout à faire à pied 5 min de la rue principale et 10 min à pied de la plage Jetée Thiers et pas très loin de la gare sncf . Il faudrait juste moderniser la cuisine pour que tout soit parfait et cloisonner le chauffaud . Super séjour à refaire sans hesiter.
