TrÚs trÚs bien situé, lumineux, seul bémol la salle de bain dans son jus avec baignoire. Je précise que l on dort bien dans le canapé 160cm avec bonne literie.

Résidence impeccable (il m'a semblé sentir la peinture encore fraßche d'une récente rénovation), entrée vaste, claire et lumineuse, laissant bien augurer de la suite. Studio confortable. Bien équipé, cuisine trÚs fonctionnelle, grand placard de rangement, WC et SdB séparés. Et cerise sur le gùteau, proximité des commerces, de la plage et des promenades. Cela donne envie d'y revenir, mais 2000 est encore loin.
