ARCACHON - NEAR THE SNCF STATION
Located on the 2nd floor of a good standing residence, equipped with an elevator, this one-bedroom apartment benefits from a privileged location between the SNCF station and the fire station.
As soon as you enter, a cupboard accommodates your personal belongings. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, 4 gas hobs) offers all the necessary comfort. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed, a 100 cm LG flat screen and a table, opens onto a south-facing balcony, overlooking the street. The bedroom, also facing south, has a 140 cm bed and a built-in cupboard. The bathroom, with washing machine, and separate toilets complete the layout.
Electric shutters and laminate flooring give the whole thing a warm atmosphere. In addition, a secure private garage is at your disposal. Shops, including a bakery, are right opposite!
Please note that pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
