Located on the 1st floor of a secure building with elevator, this T2 apartment is ideally situated behind the train station. It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

The apartment comprises :
- A bedroom with a fold-away double bed with sofa function.
- A sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
- The bathroom has a shower.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.
- Also at your disposal: Wi-Fi connection, TV, hairdryer, washing machine and iron, etc.

The apartment has a furnished terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. What's more, you'll benefit from a private parking space in the basement and a secure bike cellar.

Please note that the apartment overlooks a terminus station, however, trains run at very slow speeds, and the last train passes at 11 pm. Also, please take into account that work is underway on the street accessing the apartment until July 5.

Arcachon is a commune in south-western France, in the Gironde region. It's the perfect place to enjoy nature-based activities, with numerous hiking trails, cycle paths and waterways ideal for water sports. Spend the day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the harbor or taking a boat out to Île aux Oiseaux. La Ville d'Hiver is a district where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, mosaics, Gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, offering an incredible panorama of the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
