Come and stay in our 4-star holiday cottage, 'Les Charmes d'Arcachon', open year-round. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Ideally located in the leafy Abatilles district, 2 km from the town center and the TGV train station, and close to Arbousiers and Pereire beaches, local shops, and the cycle path, the cottage occupies the entire ground floor of a large, modern villa, which is also our main residence. It borders the "Dune National Pine Forest," nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac on a sunny south-southwest-facing plot. This 40m² one-bedroom apartment, with air conditioning (heating and cooling), has been completely renovated and includes a large private outdoor space. It offers high-quality amenities in a peaceful, natural setting. The outdoor area provides three distinct spaces for your exclusive use, perfect for enjoying breakfast under the pine trees or soaking up the sun. The spa is located on the wooden terrace facing the forest and offers moments of relaxation in both summer and winter, day and night (adjustable jets and temperature from 26°C to 40°C). Parking is available on the property, as well as an electric vehicle charging station (slow charging; available during off-peak hours at night). The interior comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge furnished with a high-quality sofa bed, as well as a CD/DVD player/speakers and a 126cm Hisense 4K Smart TV; a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200x30cm TEMPUR bed; and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower opening onto the bedroom. The furnishings are decidedly modern and natural, and the decor is tastefully decorated in the "Arcachon Bay" style. You will have access to two city bikes for exploring Arcachon (with locks), as well as everything you need for a truly successful stay. A complete children's kit (ages 0-6) is also available: bike seat, high chair, portable bathtub, baby hiking bag, travel cot, etc. Cleaning, LINVOSGES linens, and all utilities are included.
