Brand new sleek & stylish studio in the core of Arcata, 3 blocks from Plaza. Simplicity at it's finest! This brand new contemporary studio was designed for guests craving a quality stay in Arcata with comfort & style in mind. Perfect for an easy, relaxing getaway furnished with a quality King bed, gas fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. The home features a large Smart T.V. for a cozy night in! Conveniently located just footsteps to downtown Arcata, and less than a five minute drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Take an easy stroll to visit Saturday's farmer's market on the Plaza. Enjoy walking to the vibrant nightlife and sampling the delicious local brews, cider bar, wine tasting and one of a kind restaurants. Onsite parking is limited to 1 compact vehicle only.

Important Notes:

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.

** Upon completion of booking reservation guests will be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to Trinidad Retreats rules and regulations.

Stayed here while we were moving our kid into Cal Poly Humboldt. Very awesome location to downtown with so many options for coffee shops and restaurants. The studio was perfect for 2 people and equipped with all that we needed. The gas fireplace is awesome and gives out good heat and makes the room very cozy. Will definitely stay here again when we come up to visit our student.

This little studio is the cutest place to stay! It was perfect for our nights we stayed there to visit the Redwood National Park. The surrounding area offers very nice dining and coffee options and the studio was easy to access, very clean, quiet and comfortable, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great check in and communication. Shopping on the main square was about 10 min away. Drive to grocery store was easy. Walked to winery and Thai food. Would say it's a convenient spot for Arcata.

I'd stay here again. It was conveniently located and walkable to the Arcata Plaza(center of town) where the shops and restaurants are located. It comfortable to 2 people to stay in. The studio apartment was newly refurbished and had everything you might need including a parking space.
