Maison contemporaine avec tout le confort attendu. Piscine et terrasse bien ensoleillées agrémentées d'un mobilier confortable. Rien ne manque pour un séjour parfait. De plus, tout est d'une absolue propreté.

Fantastic house with beautiful pool in a lovely quiet area.
Lovely and beautiful complete house with a neat garden and a beautifully maintained swimming pool. We were here for the past 2 weeks. Wonderfully quiet between the vineyards and sunflower fields. In the center of Arces, a few minutes walk away, the nice owners Phillipe and Joëlle have a nice L'épicerie where you can buy beautiful organic wines and cognacs and other things and also have a nice bite to eat. We had a wonderful holiday. Place to remember!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung
Optimal gelegen um die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und touristischen Ortschaften zu erkunden. Der Pool ist grandios und beheizt. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und diskret. Für die Mobilität ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Der nächste Supermarkt (Super U) befindet sich im Nachbarort Cozes. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältniss.

Pour un séjour reposant
Maison très agréable et bien équipée Seul point négatif : le canapé-lit, qui se trouve dans la chambre avec les 2 lits de 1 place, serait à remplacer par un lit 2 places. La piscine a été très appréciée avec les grosses chaleurs. Séjour très plaisant et reposant.

Superbe maison avec extérieur très sympathique, notamment la piscine chauffée. Location et prestation de qualité. Tout l'équipement nécessaire dans la maison pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Nous avons même prolongé d'une semaine ! Accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires très agréable. Super séjour à Arces !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Cérès. La Maison est très spacieuse, moderne, très bien équipée et la piscine superbe et bien chauffée, nous en avons très bien profité. L'endroit est très calme, aucun vis à vis. Mr et Mme COSTE sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
