Located between the municipalities of Arcos de la Frontera, Villamartín, Prado del Rey and El Bosque, this beautiful country house stands out for its tranquility and its impressive views.

The house has three double bedrooms that are distributed over two floors.

On the upper floor with sloping ceilings, there is the main bedroom, which has a double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms, both with two single beds each, are located on the ground floor .

The ground floor also features a second bathroom with shower, a modern fully equipped American-style kitchen and a bright living-dining room with large windows from which you can access the porch that leads to the private pool.

Located on a small hill, the villa is completely surrounded by grass, holm oaks and wild olive trees.

Sehr schönes Haus mit außergewöhnlichem Grundstück. Wir können hier alles ausnahmslos empfehlen, möchten aber kommenden Gästen gerne zwei Dinge mitgeben, die jedem bewusst sein sollten: - das Haus ist wirklich weit ab vom Schuss. Und das sage ich als jemand der häufig in Nordschweden unterwegs ist. Man muss mindestens 15 Minuten Schotterpiste mit Schlaglöchern fahren, um an das Haus zu kommen. Dies sollte jedem klar sein. - Das obere "Zimmer" hat keine Tür und dort kann entsprechend nur (ohne Privatsphäre) geschlafen werden, wenn im Wohn-, Koch-, Essbereich sich niemand mehr aufhält. Während unserem Aufenthalt waren dort auch sehr viele kleine Springspinnen, was für jmd. mit Arachnophobie vielleicht problematisch sein könnte. Für uns haven die beiden Punkte den Aufenthalt aber in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir empfehlen es unbedingt weiter.

Das Haus und seine unmittelbare Umgebung sind einfach wunderschön. Ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, sowohl in der Küche als auch draußen. Sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt, sehr ordentlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der Pool und die Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Jaime, korrekt und auf den Punkt. Immer erreichbar, auch wenn es Probleme gab.
