Its location is very good, next to Plaza de Abastos, 5 minutes walking to the historical center of the City, 20 min. Walking to the lake and the river, 5 min. Sports center and swimming pool (by car), 10 min. Mesón de la Molinera (by car), 15 min. Golf course (by car). The street where the house is located has multiple services and shops typical of the city; Plaza de Abastos, bakery, bars, pharmacy, and the sliding street where you will find all the rest you may need 5 minutes from home.
