The room as far as linens and being stocked with towels etc was great however there was trash left on floor under tables..the pool was ok but seemed dirty as the tiles around the inside of pool were very dirty above the water level. The hot tub was out of service ...stagg was nice though and were accomodatimg.

Signage/Hotel name was a little confusing. It was booked for "Ardmore Inn" but everything is still labeled Comfort Inn. The gentleman running the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in about 15 minutes early. He stated the purchase of the hotel was recent, therefore the signage had remained the same. Hotel is obviously older and in need of some repair; and I was aware of this booking the reservation. Our restroom shower was pretty dirty and in need of a deep cleaning (orange scum). The light fixture cover was open in our bathroom and had quite a bit of dust. Our bed was so springy and pretty uncomfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the hallway A/C unit struggled to produce cold air; however our room A/C was fine. The grounds of the hotel/main foyer were generally clean. Breakfast was hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, variety of fruit, cereals and pastries and of course Waffles. There were lots of fruit flies around the fruit and trash can -- which turned me off pretty quickly. We felt safe and area was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. We loved the variety of restaurants in the area and the hotel was perfect for the destination we were headed too. I wish the new owners great success in their new endeavor -- but they've got lots of work to do.

Brutally honest.

Staff was super sweet went above to help us get our tv working the power went out and we had to have the master remote to change the input hdmi. BUT: our comforter was tore. Def needed to be throw away. There was random clumps of hair EVERYWHERE including in the pool. The pool was very nasty needs a scrub deep clean as there were discolor spots on bottom and gunk build up on the sides.. the beds were comfortable. Shower had amazing pressure. But the toilet stopped flushing after the 3rd use. It clogged. And no plunger. Breakfast was great variety but sausage and eggs were cold juice tasted watered down to spare it and stretch it to last. The ice bucket was molded didnt get to use it. Ceiling needs some attention..... All and all i would stay again. For a quick trip. Not luxury.

Based on other reviews we were a little nervous about our stay. There wasn't a reason to be - the hotel was fine. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was ample parking and the room was clean. I will admit that the place could use some sprucing up but for a budget hotel it's probably in line with what we paid. Would we stay there again? Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

It was good the only thing the sign read Comfort Inn and Suites. But the website had Ardmore Inn and Suites . When we drove around and to it my hubby ssid to make sure we were at the correct place. The room was nice but the bathroom had a broken handle, the ones used if elderly or handicapped to get on the tub .

We needed something quickly and this was 'cheap' at $77/night. You get what you pay for. Musty smell to room and other odors throughout room and hallway. Shower was very dated, obviously had mold, a hole in the ceiling from where a fan had been removed and a bucket had been placed underneath the sink to catch leaking water. The fire alarm had wires hanging out of it. The bed was not the most comfortable, but adequate. Had to ask for bath towels. Mini fridge worked well and microwave was great. TV was good too. Quiet. Breakfast had very little selection, just coffee, eggs, waffles, dry cereal, bananas that I saw. Customer service lacking all around. Just appeared very dated and neglected. I took photos but I can't get them to upload to my computer.

Exceptional quality, and an exceptional price.

Extremely good conditions at a good price that suited our needs. We were staying there on our way to a vacation site. We will definitely stay there again on our way back. And probably on future trips. And with sure Falls close by were already planning future trips to the hotel.

It was a convenient place to stay. Older hotel, but well-maintained. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Served from 6-9. I arrived to the lobby at 6:40, and the "grab and go" items were all gone.
