The lady working the front desk was great. The room was fair...dusty. The bathroom was pitiful! The countertop looked as though it was wiped down with a dirty rag, leaving behind particles, body hair, ect. The floor looked dirty. The shower looked sketchy and would not hardly drain. I just knew it would overflow before the shower was over! On the wall, right next to the bed qas a nasty looking "brown smudge" that looked like it belonged in the restroom.

Bed sheets had hair on top and under sheets. I didn’t see any cleaning staff on duty at all. This is a low budget motel. We slept on top of sheets and used our own blanket. I didn’t eat breakfast - If they can’t take care of room I’m not gonna chance eating food here.

I booked a king room with a sofa pull out because we had children with us. We got put in to a double room and the tv didn’t work because someone stole the tv cord. And the bathroom was dirty. But the front desk kindly moved us to a larger room with two double beds and a sofa. The room was very clean and the tv worked. The hotel seems like it is older but it was quiet. We did have a good stay and would stay again if the opportunity presented.

We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask the front desk for new towels every day. Went down for breakfast at 8 am and the only thing left were waffles. There was mold in our bathroom above the toilet on the ceiling. Had very disappointed grandkids when we went down to the pool to find it closed til spring. That was the main reason I booked rooms there. Would have been nice to know that before booking.

We checked in and realized the air conditioner didn’t cut on , my son has asthma and it caused him to have an asthma attack because no air flow. I let the desk know and they just said ok didn’t offer any resolution. . Will not book again.
