The room is very spacious and perfect for small family stays. The breakfast offered fast and simple options that still satisfied. The water for shower was about extra slippery in a way, not bad, but noticeable. Would definitely book again. The family enjoyed it.

The room was big and spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. My only thing was the breakfast options i think it was continental but there was not much there. There was no syrup and butter for the waffles, toast or bagles. I wish that there was a variety of breakfast, for example like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, or fresh fruit. Or even breakfast sandwiches to warm up

Check in was quick, but unfriendly. Distance to Winstar was more than expected and we were told we could catch a ride at the property across the street. We did and were told by the driver multiple times that it ran 24/7, but the rides had stopped when we wanted to come back to the property, so after waiting about an hour, we had to walk. The walk wasn't impossible for us, but having been told we could get a ride and waiting for it really ruined the night. Other people with mobility issues would have been stranded.

Everything went well , staff friendly, breakfast had lots of different choices to choose from , only issue was elevator was very loud made noise even at night we could hear it , pretty sure it was only because we were directly next to elevator our room other wise hotel was a nice stay..

It was nice, nothing fancy. Room was clean. I couldn’t get the TV to work but no big deal. I think they should have a bar. The Casino was crazy busy, would have been nice to have a drink at the hotel.

Had a small issues with tv and tv remotes that kept on coming in and out of the room to finally resolve the issues of the tv. Other things were no pool when its summer time and looking forward to be in a pool at a hotel to relax...pool had a tarp over it and couldn't go relax in the pool. Other then small issues the room was nice and comfortable and would stay again.
