This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to åre lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough

Room was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports. Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Rommet var rent og pent, men hotellet bærer preg av å være ganske slitt. Bassenget og hotellet generelt trenger en oppgradering. Bassenget er også såpass kaldt at barna ikke klarte å være ned i vannet over lengre tid.

Veldig slitne rom, ikke godt renhold, støv under sengene, smuler på pulten på rommet og mye sikkel på vinduene, mulig fra tidligere barn som har bodd dørhåndtaket inn til rommet var også løst, sa fra til resepsjonen med en gang etter jeg hadde sett rommet men ingen utbedring ble gjort mens vi bodde der. det manglet også en del lyspærer rundt om på rommet veldig kaos under frokost, lang ventetid før ledig bord samt ikke helt logisk plassering av mat og drikke stasjoner, ble mye fram og tilbake. Badelandet var fint men vannet alt for kaldt, barna hakket tenner etter en stund.

Gigantisk hotell. Gammel og litt lytt (her er det jo mange barnefamilier som løper i gangene) Kjip hotellfrokost og bowlingen var ikke åpen iskaldt og stappfullt i badelandet God plassering i Åre rett ved stasjonen og et rimelig opphold
