Bad staff in the restaurant
Unfortunately we stayed on the 24th of December, when all the restaurants in the city closed after lunch. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, called Arrozante. The hotel had signs up to announce that since it was the 24th of december, the restaurant would close early, at 8pm. When we got in there and asked the waiter if he spoke english, he said no and just turned around and continued doing whatever. We went to the reception, and a staff member came with us, and then the waiter said that the restaurant closed at 6pm. A 4-star hotel should definetly have a better operator for their restaurant. Unfortunately this spoiled our overall view of the hotel...

Nice hotel, room was comfortable , staff a little overwhelmed at time, but pleasant . Room service menu, but only available at certain times ( when chef arrives) …felt that was a bit strange.

Excellent hotel. Great and friendly staff. Breakfast had an extensive choice but, unfortunately, the cooked foods were only lukewarm and left out too long Nevertheless a good quality hotel and an enjoyable stay

The hotel is a short walk to the centre located next to the canal. Check in was very good. The bed is very comfortable and rooms are modern. On the downside the room to room isolation is light. We could hear the upstairs neigbour in her heels and the neighbour on the right talking loudly on his phone in the evening (maybe a female voice does not carry over as much…). On the positive again the window / street isolation is very good. There was a wedding and barely any sound travelled to the second floor. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices ! Overall I recommend
