Beautiful villa from the 80s, completely renovated, on the edge of the Arcachon basin (towards Cap Ferret).
Facing south, you will appreciate the proximity to the beach and the tranquility of the place.
On the ground floor: the day part consists of a kitchen, a large glazed living room with fireplace, a covered terrace with bbq, a shower room / wc, a garage.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace.
Enclosed garden (+/- 750 m2) + garden shed.

The region is very well equipped with cycle paths (all along the ocean and the basin). Bikes available.

Avec une météo de début d'automne exceptionnelle on a pu profiter au maximum de la maison de vacances familiale très bien placée dans une impasse menant au bassin.

Maison très agréable, grand salon avec vue sur le bassin
La maison est très agréable, notamment le grand salon avec vue sur le bassin, une belle terrasse et un petit salon d'été. Nous avons séjournée à trois couples et deux jeunes enfants. La maison spacieuse était tout à fait adaptée. De plus, les enfants peuvent aller à l'école de voile à deux minutes à pied en passant par la plage. Et quoi de mieux après le diner que d'aller faire quelques pas sur le bassin, on a même pu voir des étoiles filantes. Le séjours était parfait.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à deux familles de 4. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. La literie est Confortable. Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Il y a bien le wifi. Le cadre est magique, au calme et une belle vue de la maison, avec un Accès quasi direct plage. Bon à savoir : le temps de marée haute est très court en fond de bassin.

Jolie maison au calme.
Jolie maison très agréable, dans un environnement calme et plaisant . Elle nécessite toutefois quelques réparations (stores et fermetures de fenêtres), et des rangements supplémentaires dans les chambres ( penderies ?). Il faut préciser que la plage à proximité est envasée et n’est pratiquable qu’a marée haute.

Le fond du bassin d arcachon
Il faut savoir que la durée de la présence de l'eau est vraiment très court. C'est plus un lieu de marche sur la plage de sable qu un lieu de baignade.

Maison confortable et très bien située
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Arès. La maison est très bien située sur le bassin et grâce aux vélos fournis, il est très simple de se déplacer dans le centre. Equipements OK, bonne nouvelle avec le WIFI qui n'était pas mentionné
